Account Manager

About Intellitonic We’re a digital marketing agency located in Bellingham, WA that serves clients all over The US, whether directly or via white-labeling. We work with for and non-profit organizations creating and maintaining SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns. We also have a dedicated team who creates new software tools based on the needs of our clients and other agencies like ours. Our team is small and agile – we are looking to add a new team member who can walk the talk, thrive, and positively shape our work culture. 


This person will manage Intellitonic clients as well as Intellitonic’s internal and external marketing. This is a fast-paced position that requires critical thinking and all-team collaboration, focusing on strategy, diligence, creativity, and measurable results. 

  • Account management
      • Depending on client contract, may complete or organize with other Intellitonic team members to complete:
        • Website audit 
        • Search engine optimization (SEO)
        • Google Ads campaign build and maintenance
        • Paid social campaign build and maintenance
      • Meet with clients on a monthly basis (roughly 60min per client), either in person or via phone
        • Check in on new products, services, offerings, etc. that may be relevant for marketing strategy
        • Review work completed the previous month
        • Prepare and review report including data highlights (see below for additional details)
        • Confirm the following month’s work
        • Confirm the following month’s meeting
      • Respond to clients within 24 hours (problem solving and projects may take longer, but must respond that we’re working on it)
      • Stay on top of industry trends and collaborate with Intellitonic team on best practices, findings, etc. 
      • Reporting
        • Create monthly report following template guidelines for all accounts
        • Review Google Analytics data and pull out highlights
        • Review respective platforms and include additional reporting metrics e.g. conversions
        • Prepare for potential questions to massive changes
        • Review industry trends to compare and contrast
        • Look at month over month and year over year data
        • Expected to share with clients via email roughly 24 hours in advance
  • All accounts 
  • Look for trends, wins, etc. by client types, industries, offerings, etc
  • Work to improve quality of work across clients
  • Ensure data is intact e.g. Google Analytics firing, conversion tracking
  • Create case studies to share internally and externally
    • Use as sales material for additional clients
    • Use to improve upon work 


  • Highly organized individual who completes work as agreed upon and on-time
  • Solid writing skills
  • Track hours (to help Intellitonic better understand where our time is spent to maintain efficiencies and better estimate and comprehend future work)
  • Maintain updated to do list in project management/workflow systems (e.g. JIRA or Freedcamp) (to maintain clear communication on project progress and who is doing what)
  • Be in the office on a daily basis (exceptions allowed as long as communicated in advance, and for COVID-19 considerations)
  • Organize documents and email via Google drive
  • Communicates with team via Slack


  • In the office between 10am and 3pm, save an hour for lunch break (other hours can be in or out of office as long as team member is reachable)
