How to enable permission settings across various platforms.

Sharing access to Google Analytics

To add Intellitonic to your Analytics account:

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics.
  2. Click “Admin”, and navigate to the respective account.
  3. In the Account column, click “Access Management”.
  4. In the Account permissions list, click the Add button.
  5. Click “Add users”.
  6. Add [email protected] with Edit permissions.
  7. Select “Notify new users by email”.
  8. Click Add.

Sharing access to Google Tag Manager

To add Intellitonic to a Tag Manager account:

  1. Sign in to Google Tag Manager.
  2. Click “Admin”, and navigate to the respective account.
  3. In the Account column, select “User Management”.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. Select “Add new users”.
  6. Enter [email protected] with Publish permissions.
  7. Click “Invite”.

Sharing access with Google My Business Manager

To add Intellitonic to your Business Manager account:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
    • If you have multiple locations, open the location(s) we will be working with, otherwise please select the main location. (Similarly if you do not have an account, or are not sure if one has been previously created for you please contact your account manager so we can create one for you.)
  2. In the menu on the left, click “Users”.
  3. At the top right, click the blue “Add users” button.
  4. Enter [email protected] with Manager permissions.
  5. Click “Invite”.

Sharing access with Google Search Console

To add Intellitonic to your Search Console account:

  1. Sign in to Google Search Console. (If you do not have an account, or are not sure if one has been previously created for you please contact your account manager so we can create one for you.)
  2. Select the respective website/domain.
  3. Click the “Settings” icon Settings in the navigation pane.
  4. Click “Users & permissions.”
  5. Click “Add user
  6.  Enter [email protected] with Full permissions.
  7. Click “Add”.
