Our clients are billed month to month with a 30 day opt out. We prefer clients sign at least a 6-month contract as it takes time to get onboarded, setup, see and react to results. If you decide to move in another direction – that’s ok! Don’t worry about paying months of fees for a service you no longer want. For paid ads, we can put our card file and invoice you, or utilize your card. Whichever is easier.
We have found that large agencies have an attrition rate around 30%, with an average client length of 6-8 months. Our average clients stay on for more than 12 months – most have not left at all. When clients do decide to leave it’s often because their sales funnel gets too full, they get enough in order to move on without an outside source, or they simply decide to move their business in a new direction. Yes! Each month we will meet via phone, email, or in person to discuss your report. This will give you an opportunity to see what we’ve worked on so far and what we plan to work on going forward. These meetings are the perfect time for us to learn about what’s changed with your business and if there’s anything new to promote e.g. new blogs, promotions, specials, services, etc. We truly believe transparency is key in fostering good relationships.

Every client has an Account Manager who will be your point of contact. This person works with every professional at the agency who touches your work to make sure things are done on time and as requested. Local SEO really has to do with a consistent NAP (name, address, phone number) across different websites. Local SEO is tied to your Google My Business Page. This does not track within Google Analytics like your website does. Many actions never resolve on the website (think directions to your shop or a phone number to reach you). But local SEO can also relate to backlinks from local companies and databases.
